xDuler collects and uses user information for the listed reason:

  • Service Provision: to provide the offered service we will need to provide the municipalities the required information to send out an inspector and communicate with users (address, contact information)

  • Communication: to allow the inspector to communicate with the client through notifications

  • Improving the app: Enhance the experience and app through analyzing the needs and preferences of our users

  • Users have the right to access and delete their personal information held by us. Users can exercise these rights by contacting us through the provided channels.
